Rod Gate
Engineered for Lumpy, Abrasive, and High-Impact Bulk Solids
The FIBROS Rod Gate is a specialized isolation valve designed specifically for challenging bulk materials. Instead of a solid sliding plate, this valve utilizes a series of independent, heavy-duty solid rods to cut through the material stream. This unique design allows the gate to close securely through large, lumpy, or abrasive media—such as clinker, rocks, coal, grain, ore, and other granular substances—without crushing the product, wedging, or jamming the valve mechanism.
